How long does it take to complete my order?
Most orders are processed and packaged for shipment within 72 hours. During peak seasons or for large orders, this may take a little longer. We process orders in the order in which they are received. Standard shipping can take between 3-10 days for delivery.
Do you offer personalization or custom orders?
Yes, we love creating custom orders! Please send an email to email@example.com or use the contact form to get in contact with us before placing a custom order.
What if I my product arrives damaged?
We do our best to pack each order with care, but sometimes damage can occur to a product during shipping to it's destination. If this happens, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging so we are able to replace your product.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org You have 30 days to return an item for a refund. It must be in unused condition and in it's original packaging.
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there was a mistake made by us. No returns or refunds on sale items.
Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Refunds do not include any shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for purchasing tracking as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
