Most orders are packaged for shipment within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons or for large orders, this may take a little longer. I process orders in the order in which they are received. Standard shipping can take between 3-10 days for delivery.

I do my best to pack each order with care, but sometimes damage can occur to an item during shipping.. If this happens, you can send an email to nicole@plantsnsht.com. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging so I am able to replace your product.

If you would like to return your item please email nicole@plantsnsht.com You have 30 days to return an item for a refund. It must be in unused condition and in it's original packaging.
